Arrive Alive Initiative at Anoka High School

Motor vehicle fatality is the leading cause of death for teenagers, accounting for nearly half of their deaths. In the United States alone, the fatal crash rate per mile for 16-19-year olds is nearly 3 times the rate than that of drivers over the age of 20, with their risk being the highest at ages 16-17. Justice4Katie has started our Arrive Alive Initiative at Anoka High School, and this will be our second visit. We will also be adding additional locations this year.

Location: Starting on Main Street at State Ave, turning right on Fifth Ave, ending at South Street. FREE parking ramps available on 2nd Avenue, one block North and South of Main Street. One ramp is available on Van Buren Street, between 3rd and 4th Avenue.

5th Annual MSMA Softball Tournament

Join the MSMA September 6-8, 2019 for their 5th Annual MSMA Softball Tournament at Sand Creek Athletic Complex in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. An entire weekend dedicated to honoring our local veterans and their families for everything they have sacrificed. Friday night we will focus our attention on the Armed Forces division of the tournament as our fellow softball players who serve(d) our country fight for bragging rights over other branch teams. The Armed Forces championship game being held on Saturday afternoon. Throughout the rest of the weekend there will be tons of softball to watch and we hope that you can come out to help make this one of the biggest and best softball events of the year! Join us at SRO in Oak Grove, MN for a kickball tournament and other fundraising events!

If you don't preregister by Wednesday, March 20th, you can still get in on the fun by registering to play the day of the kickball tournament. To register the day of the event, please arrive at 9 am; game day registration fee is $25.
